SUMMARY:Circle of Friends®
DESCRIPTION:Circle of Friends® Cohort 2 begins meeting Tuesdays\, September 6 – October 11 with additional 6 meetings TBD by participants.  Circle of Friends® is a research-based social program that is used worldwide to keep older people engaged and active within their communities.  Participants meet a total of 12 times\, take field trips\, engage in activities around the three topics of Health & Wellness\, Arts & Culture\, and Reflection through Writing and/or Discussion.  Studies show that participants report decreased social isolation and continued contact with other participants after the 12 facilitated meetings end.  This is a great way to build or rebuild one’s social network!  There is no charge to participate\, but registration is required.  Please call or email to reserve a spot for yourself or a loved one.
