Autumn lunch at 11:30 a.m. at Bixby’s in the Missouri History Museum in St. Louis’ Forest Park.  RSVP by Mon., Oct. 9.  Seasonal lunch menus of creative cuisine from local sources.  Soups, salads, flatbreads, shareables, sandwiches, $6 to $14, plus drinks.
